I been promising you guys a house tour of our new house, so here's an abbreviated one.
Things are a leeeeeeetle cray around the MGD offices, which is awesome awesome, but leaves little no time to blog and get pics together.
My sincere apologies for these iPhone pics, unmade beds, toys scattered...
In a few weeks, I will be able to share a lot more with you guys, and more deets on the rooms too.
Right now, I am still trying to find the "right" spots for our things, moving furniture, finishing painting, and swapping stuff around.
Here's the progress so far:

So, so, so gorgeous. Too many things to list, but I love the Asian vibe, the grass cloth on the walls, the wicker headboard, the keeping area... that needlepoint pillow. LOVE!!! Where did you get that?! It's been a pleasure to see your homes evolve over the past few years. This long-time reader can't wait to see the rest :)
ReplyDeleteI just found your blog through Benjamin Moore's Instagram. I love your decorating style and would love to know sources for the paint colors, please. I have such a hard time picking paint and I know colors look different in different houses but I love to get ideas online. thanks.
ReplyDeleteWhat a trained eye and talent that you have for interior deign. It is so important that space is taken into consideration for any room, and that furniture is placed in the correct position for both practicality and comfort. You have done this to perfection, while using just the right colours and accessories. You have an amazing home.

The day that we closed on our new house was quite the adventure. The moving truck broke down, the closing was postponed, and we had an unexpected blizzard the weather forecasters forgot to mention. If I can give your readers advice, take the time to plan for the unexpected to happen. That will put you in a better frame of mind.

Your home is just beautiful. It looks so elegant and stylish. I like the way all your finishing touches seem to make everywhere so spacious and fresh. When I try to add pieces, it just looks like clutter! You must have a great eye for interior design. Love the master bedroom and I'm looking forward to the next photos.
