A South Georgia Wedding

Hope you guys enjoyed yesterday's post on the lovely rehearsal dinner of Robert and Samantha!
Today, I am sharing a little more of the weekend, this time their wedding day!

I had the honor of doing the bride's bouquet (prob my all-time fave!) and the bright, cheerful bridesmaids' bouquets. As well as the loose, wildflower style arrangements for the reception.

The amazing Ashlee Culverhouse shot this event too, and my incredible sister-in-law Laura Lyn planned the whole day! It was wonderful, down to the tiniest detail!

The ceremony was held in a beautiful church, while the reception was held at the new couples' home. The event was sweet, down-to-earth, and carefree....just like the couple themselves!
(check out their adorable engagement photos to see for yourselves!)

A J.C.T. Wedding

I was thrilled to be asked by my friend Nicole to be a part of her wedding celebration!
Her wedding would be held at J.C.T. Kitchen in Atlanta, and I would be in charge of florals...wahoo!

She's the fabulous author of Probably Polka Dots, the most fun lifestyle blog!

Nicole is wonderfully chic and a bit preppy...her colors would be navy and white, with a touch of checks, stripes, and of course, polka dots. Accenting the navy is a bit of gold - because every wedding needs a bit of glam. ;)

Happy Everything Co. here in Gainesville, shot the wedding, so stay tuned for those fabo pics on their blog.
I know Nicole will have maja deets on her blog too....keep checking back.

In the meantime, here's a few of my snaps:

JCT offers their restaurant as an event space only once per month, and I was happy to be a part of such a neat wedding. JCT is one of my favorite restaurants in Atlanta!

Guests mingled outside the JCT bar, and perched at low cocktail tables with arrangements of anemone, hydrangea, phlox, and tulips.

The mothers and grandmothers carried simply pretty bouquets of baby's breath

The bride's bouquet (top left) was constructed of peonies, dianthus, hypericum berry, white hydrangea, and Lily of the Valley. The bridesmaids' bouquets are made of hydrangea, berry, and tulips.
Bottom left: the boutonnieres
Bottom right: a centerpiece

Several tables overlooked the Westside Provisions bridge

I am a little obsessed with the urban feel of this space

To say that Nicole is a detail person would be an understatement. She thinks of all the details!
Moss "L"'s marked the reception space

I am ga-ga over the bouts of anemone, phlox, and dianthus - they were so fun to make!

Homemade jam with monogrammed tags were a wonderfully southern take-away for guests!

The cocktail napkins and matches carried the same monogram

A quilt square signing station took the place of a guest book

The gorgeous bride and her maids!

An adorable sign led the way from the ceremony to the reception

A bundle of phlox marked the family seating

Congrats to Nicole and her groom on their beautiful wedding! So happy to be a part of such a special day!
