Neutrals on Neutrals: Layering for a Master Suite

A master bedroom should be restful, calming, and relaxing.
But less on color and more on texture should be no excuse for skimping on style.
For this client, we are planning a neutral palette of taupe, chocolate brown, cream and white.
An antique rug will ground the space underfoot, while a pair of classic mirrors over the nightstands will reflect the gourd lamps' light. Toss pillows on the bed and settee inspire comfort, and a monogrammed embroidered duvet will always be a classic. Balancing the soft edges are a rustic iron and wood chandelier with a trio of antlers.
